For our fastest-growing subsidiary, ROSTA Corp., we are seeking a new Regional Sales Manager for the Central and Western U.S. (100%) who will work remotely from home and travel up to 50% of the time.
Regional Sales Manager, Central & Western US (Full-time)
Your responsibilities and opportunities:
- Aggressively grow and shape the assigned market areas
- Implement and adapt the global sales strategy to customer segments and industries
- Support and develop existing and new (distribution) partners and build brand awareness among major OEMs and end users
- Provide competent, solution-oriented advice, training, and support to customers and local representatives or partners
- Development of new business areas and applications with customers
- Initiate (digital) marketing activities to acquire new customers and develop new sales channels
Your Profile
- Technical education, with further training in mechanical engineering, sales, and business administration
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of industrial components and products
- Experience with various sales channels (OEMs, distribution partners, resellers)
- “Hunter” / business development mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, flexible personality with a goal-oriented and independent work style
- Expertise in effectively utilizing CRM and analytical databases.
